Tickets 2020

What are the dates of the Brussels Summer Festival 2021? ↓

The Brussels Summer Festival 2021 will take place from 18 August to 22 August 2021.

I have transferred my ticket (5 DAYS PASS, 1 DAY PASS and/or FOOD & DRINK) from 2020 to 2021 ↓

I have transferred my 1 DAY PASS from 2020 to 2021, but can I change the date of it? ↓

It is possible. Contact our ticket office at tickets@brussels-expo.com.

I have asked for a voucher for the value of my 2020 purchase ↓

For how long is it valid? ↓

The voucher must be used for the 2021 edition of the BSF. If your entire voucher is not used before the last day of the 2021 edition of the BSF, the balance of the voucher will be definitively lost. The voucher can only be used at the official online festival ticket office on the bsf.be website.

I asked for a refund of my 2020 PASS ↓

You have received your refund. If you wish to attend the festival in 2021 you must purchase a new PASS through ou official ticket office.

What should I do if I haven’t asked for anything in 2020 (no refund, exchange or voucher)? ↓

Your tickets have automatically been transferred to the 2021 edition. Please refer to the questions above. For more information contact tickets@brussels-expo.com.

Will the lineup be the same in 2021 as in 2020? ↓

We are working on the 2021 programme. We can’t guarantee the it at the moment, it  will be made up of artists that were going to perform in 2020 and new artists.

When will the 2021 online ticket office open? ↓

We are waiting for the government decisions on the matter.

When and how will I get my (e-)tickets? ↓

A few seconds after the confirmation of your order, a confirmation e-mail and an e-mail with your e-tickets will be sent to you.

What should I do with my e-ticket(s)? ↓

All e-tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the festival ticket offices before accessing the venues.

Should I print out my e-ticket? ↓

Yes, but you can also present your e-ticket on your smartphone, only the original PDF file or the mobile ticket (no screenshot). Your smartphone should not have any cracks to avoid any scanning issues, and we have to be able to adjust the brightness of your screen.

Tickets under someone else’s name? ↓

If you purchased the tickets through the official sale (on the BSF website, Festicket or a Fnac salespoint), you can access the festival even if it’s not your name on the ticket. The ticket and barcode must be clearly legible to be admitted.

Where can I buy Food & Drink tickets? ↓

You can purchase Food & Drink tickets on our online ticketing website or you can buy them at our box offices inside the festival.

I can’t come to the festival after all. Can I get a refund? ↓

All festival ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

I can’t come to the festival after all. Can I resell my ticket? ↓

We strongly advise you not to resell your ticket through other channels or in an illegal manner prohibited by law. We do not have an official resale service.

The Belgian law of 30 July 2013 relating to the resale of event tickets states that:
> The resale of tickets occasionally is permitted, provided that the sale price is identical to the price indicated on the ticket. Resale at a higher price is prohibited under all circumstances. Any resale at a higher price may subject you to a serious fine and legal proceedings.
> The resale of tickets in a manner that is not occasional and is habitual, or the provision of platforms that can be used for resale in a habitual manner or where the price may exceed the maximum permitted price, is prohibited.
> The resale of free tickets, invitations, promotional passes and resale prior to the start of the official sale is prohibited.

Are there different ticket prices (for kids, PRM, groups, etc.)? ↓

We have several prices. For more information click the link below.
Free for children under 10 years old. One child per adult in possession of a valid ticket. Each child will have to present his/her ID card when exchanging bracelets.


Can I work at BSF? ↓

It is possible to work as a volunteer or student job at the festival. These are a few of the positions:
– Mounting and dismounting of visibility material
– Mounting and dismounting of PRM zones
– Ecoteam
– PRM assistance
– Bar
– Scanning in/outThe form will be available soon.

Is it possible to have a stand at BSF? ↓

It is possible. To do so, send an email to commercant@bsf.be.

Can I promote my product or event at the festival? ↓

Yes, but only if you are our partner. For a request, please send an email to info@bsf.be (before the festival and within an acceptable time to set your request in motion).
